Turnaround times vary by project complexity and quantity. Simple projects like business cards typically take 4-6 business days from proof approval, while larger projects like catalogs or direct mail campaigns may take 7-14 business days from proof approval. We accept both! If you have print-ready files, we'll review them to ensure they meet our specifications. If you need design assistance, we can connect you with trusted local designers or help prepare your files for printing. We'll work with you to ensure the best possible outcome.

We accept PDF (preferred), Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop files. For best results, we recommend high-resolution PDFs with embedded fonts and images. Please include 1/8" bleed and crop marks. If you're unsure about file preparation, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Yes! For all projects, we provide either digital proofs via email or physical proofs for your approval. For critical color matching or complex projects, we recommend physical proofs. We never proceed to full production without your approval.

Our digital printing capabilities allow us to handle small runs economically, with some items available in quantities as low as 250-500 pieces. For offset printing, minimums are higher and would have to be reviewed before ordering. It’s our job to figure out which press best suits your specific needs. Contact us to discuss your creative ideas, and we will help iron out the details.

We offer both! You're welcome to pick up locally in Philly, or we can ship anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping costs vary by weight, size, and destination. We can also blind ship for wholesale or resale jobs.

Include details like quantity, size, paper stock preferences, and any special finishing requirements for the most accurate quote. Once we have all of the details from you, expect up to 48 - 72 hours to receive the quote from our team.

We ask that all files have crop marks and 1/8" bleed (if color goes to the edge of the design). Files can be emailed or sent via WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox.

We accept checks, ACH payment, and credit cards (4% upcharge for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). For established accounts, we offer net-30 payment terms. First time customers require 50% upfront with the balance due upon completion.
